Cancellation Policy
InstaVital strives to put its members first by providing access to all classes and services offered through our virtual studio. We hate to see you go, but if you do decide to cancel your membership, here is how you can do it.
HOW TO CANCEL
To request cancellation of your InstaVital Live Studio membership, please email to dimple.bindra@instavital.com. In this email, please state your reason why are you cancelling your membership. We will process your request within 24-48 hours to cancel your membership.
REFUNDS
All charges are final and your membership is valid until the end of the month for which you have been charged. InstaVital cannot offer refunds for services previously used no matter the number of services or duration of a membership. When canceling your membership, InstaVital removes all financial-based information from the InstaVital platform and therefore removes the possibility of being charged in the future.
