HITT workout will target all muscle groups in your body. It included bodyweight cardio, muscle conditioning elements, and uses the power of music to create the move! You are driven by every single beat and staying motivated during the workout. The class contains warm-up, interval training, floor play (exercises on the floor), and cool-down/ stretching.
